Run a PMO

Governance Design
We define the governance framework, reporting lines, decision authorities and escalation paths. Every stakeholder knows their role before the project starts.

Controls Setup
Baseline programme, cost plan and risk register established. Reporting templates, meeting cadences and document management systems configured and agreed.

Live Monitoring
Weekly programme updates, monthly cost reports, rolling risk reviews. Contractor performance assessed against KPIs at every reporting cycle.

Reporting & Closeout
Structured reporting to client, donors and lenders. Lessons learned. Project closeout report and post-completion review against original objectives.
