Turnkey design and construction of a beverages production and bottling facility for R & Rukolli sh.p.k. in Skenderaj. Scope included site preparation and foundations, primary reinforced concrete and steel-framed structure, external envelope and roofing, internal partitions and sanitary finishes to the production zones, tank farm and process areas, bottling and packaging lines support structures, raw materials and finished-goods storage, ancillary office and laboratory spaces, full MEP installations including process utilities, fire safety systems, and all external works.
Delivered under a joint venture between R & Rukolli sh.p.k. and CONTECH Group sh.p.k. CONTECH responsibilities covered design coordination, civil and structural works, and overall construction management. The facility was commissioned and transferred to commercial operation in 2025.

Construction of a dual-carriageway road section forming part of the Prishtina–Mitrovica national corridor. Works included earthworks and geotechnical preparation, sub-base and base course construction, asphalt binder and wearing courses, longitudinal and transverse drainage systems, retaining and protection works, road furniture and safety barriers, vertical signage and horizontal marking, in accordance with the technical specifications of the Ministry of Infrastructure of the Republic of Kosovo.
Executed by CONTECH Group sh.p.k. as Subcontractor to Trema Engineering sh.p.k., the Main Contractor of record. The section was delivered within the contractual programme; full handover and provisional acceptance were issued by the Employer in 2020.

Executed by CONTECH Group sh.p.k. (Kosovo affiliate) as Main Contractor. Project completed within the contractual programme; provisional acceptance was issued by the Employer and the facility transferred to operations in 2020.
