CONTECH Advances RELUX Industrial Complex toward 2026 Completion
15 January 2026
CONTECH Group sh.p.k. is progressing in line with the contractual programme on the RELUX Industrial Complex in Lipjan, Kosovo — a 12,000 m² integrated industrial facility for the manufacture of construction materials including EPS insulation panels, reinforcing fibre-glass mesh, dry-mix mortars and paints. The EUR 4.9 million contract was awarded to CONTECH as Main Contractor and is scheduled for completion in 2026.
